Beau hall d'entrée avec de belles peintures. ||Le personnel est sympathique et certains font vraiment un effort supplémentaire. ||La chambre était grande / bien conçue / attrayante / lit gréât et oreillers formidables. Extrêmement calme même si nous étions côté rue. Chambre extrêmement confortable. || Grande salle de bain - avec une grande douche mais la porte de la douche n'était pas vraiment très efficace pour empêcher l'eau d'entrer dans la salle de bain. Ce n'était pas vraiment un problème.

Elegant hotlel. Beautiful foyer with some beautiful paintings . ||Staff are friendly and some really go the extra mile. ||Room was large / well designed / attractive / gréât bed and terrific pillows. Extremely quiet even though we were in the street side. Extremely comfortable room .||Big bathroom - with big shower but shower door was not actually very effective at keeping the water out of the bathroom. It was not really a problem though.

The perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Excellent location, efficient and friendly staff, and good food and drink. It’s walking distance from many must see places. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Geneva.

beautifully designed and clean room. service was warm and welcoming. stayed in various 4 stars hotel for my trip around Switzerland (all similarly priced) and this was the best one. very happy and would definitely stay again if i come back to Geneva someday.

Worse hotel we have stayed in at Geneva. The check in process was slow, our rooms were not ready at check in time. “Nicholas” said he had given us an upgrade, mentioned the scaffolding outside our window but assured us it would not affect our stay. Well… guess what. Works started early morning and we weren’t able to sleep. Thanks Nicholas for the awesome upgrade to our room. I think it would appear that we were just easy target to offload the bad room.
