Best location, excellent service, we always feel so welcome in this hotel. Very comfortable and cozy rooms! Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. It is very central and easy to walk everywhere. Great place to stay.

It was my 15th visit in Geneva and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Staff was super helpful and courteous. Service was simply great.

Notre chambre était impeccable et le lit était très confortable. Chaque seconde de notre séjour a été merveilleuse. Hôtel de la Cigogne is a gorgeous hotel in an amazing location. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Every second of our stay was wonderful. They even offered to give us adapters when we got to our room. They have thought of everything to make a stay wonderful!

For sure not 5 stars… The hotel is very old and my room was ugly. Very surprised they are under Relais and Chateau and for sure it doesn’t worth the money I paid. Will not recommend it.

Rooms are beautiful. We have stayed many times. But NO washcloths in the Bathroom, asked for 2 extra pillows, never received. Otherwise, we will stay at the hotel again when we visit Geneva.||Thank you for all your help.
