We had a comfortable 3-night stay in June. The room was spacious, with facilities to cook one's own meals. Consumables like coffee/Sugar/salt were not available, though. Even toiletries like soap & shampoo were not provided, in line with booking information provided beforehand.
Hotel's location is fantastic with a supermarket (Coop, Römerhof) and bus/tram stops nearby. We felt that Wi-Fi connectivity & room cleanup before we checked-in should have been better, and conveyed the same to hotel management. Another point to note is that the hotel's access is through the alley between street numbers 125 & 127 of Asylstrasse. Bar/Restaurant on the ground floor of the property has nothing to do with the hotel.

The room nr 106 was vey clean, Quite. Very near to the centre. But no soap for hands in bathroom, and please inform people about the methods to entry in the main door and others. Because I was send a mail 1 hour before entering in hotel and we hadn’t info how all this function because we didn’t have internet and I couldn’t read the code to entry and room number. Waiting outside for someone to help. It is so easy, just you send the first email of confirmation booking write: please read carefully the email with credentials and the way to enter in the hotel, the email will be send to you 1 hour before check in. Geldwaschanlage vom feinsten. Des öfteren finden dort Razzien statt. Der Name wurde in den letzen Jahren öfter gewechselt als Besucher da gesichtet wurden. Finger weg von dieser Bude.

Absolute Katastrophe, so ziemlich alles an ,Ausstattung‘ des Zimmers nicht funktionsfähig und/oder total verranzt. Überall Haare und Schimmel. 1m vom Bettkopf ca 30 cm2 SCHWARZSCHIMMEL. Hier zu schlafen ist GESUNDHEITSSCHÄDLICH. Der Verantwortliche am Telefon ein absolutes A Loch.
Foi bom o quarto ter água quente rápida e constante e de ter aquecimento.
A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar para além do cheiro do quarto quando chegamos que parecia a choco com comida retardada...
É pena não deixarem utensílios essenciais como sabonete, líquido da loiça, sal, azeite,..
Para o preço com a localização que tem, não se pode exigir muito.
