Beautiful

I’ll start off by saying the rooms are extremely small with barely any room to open luggage. You have to do it in the bathroom. And then to top it off there is no closet space. Not even one drawer so you have to stare at all your clothing. They had to bring up a portable clothing rack. They don’t clean rooms well at all. Don’t fold clothes. We had far better stays elsewhere. They also vacuum during our meals if it wasn’t precisely during their breakfast or lunch hours. I thought that was extremely rude. Won’t be coming back. Also no spa and the gym is microscopic (thankfully they give access to a fantastic gym called Fitness Park).

Oh. And we checked in past 11pm and effectively had to carry our own luggage since only one person was running the desk and available to assist.

La Reserve Ramatuelle might be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. This wasn’t even close to that caliber.

Lovely romantic getaway in Zurich!

My husband and I fell in love with this place. It is beautifully designed, the staff are attentive and the gastronomy is tasteful. A must: rooms with the lake view!!! What a stunning experience to wake up too.
