They were so welcoming and the staff are so kind and helpfulI, they provided us with information and help, we even had an upgrade m, it is quite and comfy but I don’t think it is a 5 stars hotel, the sofas weren’t clean, the toilets too, and the bed is old and soundy.

I can recommend the place cause everything is near, old town, FIFA museum and other museums too, the lake( u can book a cruise)

I normally don’t provide reviews, however this hotel truly deserves it. Loved everything about the hotel. It’s quiet, private, and overall really comfortable.
