I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Zurich as the furniture was modern, everything was kept spotless and tidy! The staff were friendly and welcoming to us! I highly recommend this place for those traveling to Switzerland! Enjoy this absolutely amazing hotel!

A gem in Zurich city with very modern rooms and exceptional staff.
The location is quiet yet walkable from all the main sights. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very quiet and intimate as well. While the breakfast selection was not the biggest, everything I tried was phenomenal.

Beautiful hotel. Front desk clerks very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast staff nice, coffee and breakfast wonderful. Love the natural hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion scents. Short walk to river and Old Town.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service wirklich aufmerksam, dass wir definitiv wieder kommen. Das schöne Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr ruhig.

Nice hotel, lovely location near the lake and super convenient to the Enge train station. Service was superb & friendly. Rooms were clean & modern although I struggled with getting the temperature to work and I was also facing the road and so didn’t sleep the best. Also I felt the breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious however.

Mein Partner und ich haben uns eine Übernachtung im Neuen Schloss gegönnt, nachdem wir das fantastische Konzert von Danger Dan in der Tonhalle genießen durften. Wir kamen also recht spät aber dafür in sehr aufgeräumter Stimmung im Hotel an.

Der Check-in verlief zügig und war im besten Sinne ein „Herzlich Willkommen“ geheißen werden im Hotel.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers hat uns (positiv) überrascht. Das Raumkonzept ist durchdacht, hell, hochwertig und großzügig.

Das housekeeping leistet eine offensichtlich großartige Arbeit: es war alles perfekt sauber. Die Dusche war ein wahres Vergnügen zu benutzen!

Ansonsten gab es alle sonst gängigen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Nespresso Maschine, etc.

Als Langschläfer haben wir das Frühstück leider nicht nutzen können… Waren aber hell auf begeistert vom Front Office Personal, sowie dem engagierten Herrn an der Tür!

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig gut in Zürich!

I had such a disappointing experience with this hotel . I booked two rooms but had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Despite explaining the situation to the front desk, they directed me to Expedia for a refund. However, Expedia referred me back to the hotel. This runaround, particularly by a staff member named Siggy, was frustrating. He gave false hope of a possible refund through Expedia but ultimately denied the request, citing hotel policy. No alternative solutions were offered, not even a partial refund or credit. This experience felt like dealing with an uncaring business, solely focused on money. I advise caution when booking with this hotel."

Update: not only did they bump us because they’re “overbooked,” you can still book the same room we had for the same night. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable practices.

Absolutely do not book. They canceled less than 24 hours before we were to check in because they overbooked. They chose to book us at a Sheraton for the wrong date and that costs significantly less without reimbursing us for the difference. Can’t even get ahold of the hotel to discuss the issue. You’re routed to Marriott bonvoy customer service and the only thing they can do is raise a complaint to the hotel. We are from the US and it’s our last night in Switzerland and they completely ruined it.

Our hotel stay was exceptional.

It started with the amazing front desk staff who assisted us with luggage and made the check in a delightful process (and I have not said that before). They offered us juice or water when we checked in. Everyone working at the hotel had a very positive attitude and were genuinely happy to help us.

The room are decorated nicely but more importantly for me everything worked and was well laid out. The room is well insulated and we did not hear any sounds from outside. The quaint restaurant was great for breakfast.

The hotel is well located and easy walking distance to any of the major sites.

All in all a very positive experience.

I love Marriott Autograph hotels and have stayed at a bunch of them. The aesthetic and vibe at these hotels really appeals to me. I wish that my room at this particular hotel was brighter. The view was of the awning and some repair staircase and it was on the first floor and dark. Upon check-in I did ask whether I could stay on a higher floor. The reception mentioned that the size of the room was bigger than other rooms. I guess I prefer light to the size and should have just followed my gut (and habit) and asked for a higher floor. The location is fantastic and really close to the park.

I liked the Hotel even it’s not so big , the elevator also small . But they have incredible Rooms and huge balcony”Terrace” the breakfast is fabulous, they have menu and open buffet. I appreciate the breakfast when there is dates there .
Near to city center and friendly staff . And I heard they renewed in 2017 .
And way I recommend this hotel in Zurich .
