Kurz und bündig.
The level of hospitality and attention to detail by the staff was exemplary. Each interaction was met with a smile and an undeniable desire to make my stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. This exceptional service culture clearly sets Baur Au Lac apart in the luxury hotel industry.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the room upgrade to a suite that offered a breathtaking view of Zurich Lake and the city. Waking up to such a spectacular panorama in the morning was a joy that words can hardly capture. The suite itself was the epitome of luxury, combining elegance and warmth with all the modern amenities one could wish for, ensuring a stay that was as comfortable as it was lavish.
Baur Au Lac has truly mastered the art of hospitality, providing an unparalleled guest experience that starts from the very first contact. I left with memories that will last a lifetime and an eagerness to return. Wonderful ambient!!! Like a fairy tail
Good food-maybe not to many vegan options but very tasty. Truffle pürree was the best!!!
Service TOP!!! We felt really well!!!
1. The staff — so on top of it. We had to change our dinner reservation three different times (so annoying for everyone!) and the concierge was helpful at every step. Super responsive and excellent follow through.
2. The rooms — great wifi, super comfortable bedding, the bathrooms are top notch.
3. The location — lovely setting in a lovely city.
You can tell there is great pride in this hotel from the people who work here.
Salty plates were our top favorite, a little slow service and the croissants is not really a classy croissant size ..
Nothing is missing . Impeccable service, rooms, mannerism.
Jeremy, the concierge is an absolute jewel of outstanding professionalism together with the rest of the team.
