The room was impeccably clean, bedsheets, towels and everything else seemed very new, felt like we were the first guests on that room. Beautiful view from the room and a little balcony. We got an upgrade without even asking. Toiletries from Grown Alchemist (which I love!).
Location is great, very walkable neighborhood and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Room service (Breakfast) a little pricey, good though.
For me it’s 4 star but seemed like a 5 star. I will definitely come back.

Una valida alternativa ai classici hotel 5*. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per una piazza come quella di Zurigo.

My daughter stayed at the Ambassador Hotel and raved about the great staff, super nice place and how she would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing a wonderful stay for my daughter. I hope to be able stay at the Ambassador when I am in Zurich.
