Great place to stay. Service was exceptional especially from Mr. Junied. He went out of his way to help us!

I would really not recommend the hotel. First point would be the cleaning and the quality of the rooms. We had several rooms and all had problems. The pictures I posted from only one of the rooms speak for themselves. The other problem is the noise as the soundproofing is very poor, and you can hear everything going on in the corridors. And if your are unlucky to have the service door next to your room, you will hear it slam every 2 minutes! The location is good if you want to see a show at Theater 11 but it's a little outside the center of Zurich.

Aircon was set to high temp and would not work at lower settings. Had to open the window when it was below 0 outside. Plus a long list of other issues including rooms not serviced daily.

Business hotel a due passi da Hallenstadion, quindi comodissimi se si va ad un evento. Comunque hotel facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Se si va in auto comodo posteggio sotterraneo a pagamento. Stanza essenziale, sembra più un 3 stelle. Pulizia buona, ma sicuramente migliorabili alcuni dettagli. Un po’ rumoroso se si dorme con la finestra aperta in quanto alcune stanze danno sulla strada principale. Consigliato per una notte se si è di passaggio. Buona qualità prezzo.
I went back for them twice and nobody could “find them” and today the manager sends an email that they “probably” got rid of them.

While there, someone else was at the desk having a melt down about their bill being corrected.
I’d just avoid this place if I were you due to the despicable customer service.
