Value of the money spent

We are satisfied with our staying in this hotel. Everything was according to the paid money. Goood location, close to the center. If we go to Zurich again, we will know where to stay. :)

We arrived early and we were asked to keep luggage and come back in 2 hours and when we came back in 4.5 hours , the room was still not ready. The staff is friendly & smiling.

Everything is fine, but for eight days I have been waiting for a refund from the card reservation, because I paid for the accommodation directly at the hotel.

Güzel dediler ama bence değil. Odalar çok küçük. Bir sürü otelde kaldım. Kaldiğim en küçük oda.

Die Anbindung des Hotels an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Direkte Fahrten ins Zentrum in 10 min möglich und alle Richtungen erreichbar.
Personal, soweit benötigt sehr höflich und hilfsbereit aber wenig eigeninitiativ bezüglich Stadtinfos, Bahninfos etc.
Unser Zimmer zur Rückseite war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes und weit unter unserer Erwartung eines Leonardo Superior-Zimmers.
Das Bad ist winzig. Wirklich winzig. Keine 2 Personen vorm Waschbecken möglich. Uralte Dusche.
Es ist kein Wohlfühlhotel aber praktikabel und zu dem von uns gebuchten, reduzierten Preis auch in Ordnung.

Un rafraîchissement des chambres serait bienvenu. Sinon bien situé et bien insonorisé.

The hotel is great. We really enjoyed our stay there. Upon arrival, we received a room upgrade. Thank you for that! The room was clean, cozy, and warm. On the street, there is a tram line that leads to the city center, or you can walk. It takes around 15-20 min, depending on your walk. Great value. The minibar was included in the price.

Amamos……… ótima estadia

Mitarbeiter alle nett und das Zimmer war sauber. Leider keine offene Bar, jedoch wurde die Minibar gratis angeboten. Mit Glück habe ich einen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel gefunden. Kostet zwar CHF 20.- pro Tag, aber es hat sonst in der Umgebung des Hotels keine Langzeitparkplätze!

Poor experience for a high price, the bathroom was so small, and the bed duvet provided to us was only one piece of single bed size although we had booked double bed, the least they could have done was two either provide two single bed duvets or a double bed size duvet. The wifi signals were very poor in the room. so all in all its a 2 star hotel.

I loved Zurich, such a beautiful city. How wonderful to enjoy this place in such a nice hotel. Looking forward for my next reservation.

Rooms are clean and up to the mark , good option to stay in zurich , staff is realy nice , polite and very coperative , Tram 10 can take you directly to the outside of hotel from Airport and from city centre.
Overall GOod Experince . Great Hospitality.

Bath was really old fashion but clean and functional. Reasonable price and a nice location

NADA JUSTIFICA FICAR NESSE HOTEL ! Caro, Muito Mal localizado, quarto pequeno, banheiro ridículo e privacidade zero já que nem a porta do banheiro fecha. Longe do cebtro e de tudo. Não oferece nada e vc pode ficar num Radisson com preço melhor. Não tem sequer uma tomada em um dos lados da cama. EVITE.

Nichts rechtfertigt einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Teuer, sehr schlecht gelegen, kleines Zimmer, lächerliches Badezimmer und keinerlei Privatsphäre, da sich die Badezimmertür nicht einmal schließen lässt. Weg vom Zepter und allem. Es bietet nichts und Sie können zu einem günstigeren Preis in einem Radisson übernachten. Auf einer Seite des Bettes gibt es nicht einmal eine Steckdose. VERMEIDEN.
NIENTE GIUSTIFICA IL SOGGIORNO IN QUESTO HOTEL! Camera costosa, molto mal posizionata, piccola, bagno ridicolo e zero privacy poiché la porta del bagno non si chiude nemmeno. Lontano dallo scettro e da tutto. Non offre nulla e puoi soggiornare in un Radisson a un prezzo migliore. Non c'è nemmeno una presa su un lato del letto. EVITARE

RIEN NE JUSTIFIE UN SÉJOUR DANS CET HÔTEL ! Cher, très mal situé, petite chambre, salle de bain ridicule et aucune intimité car la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme même pas. Loin du sceptre et de tout. Il n'offre rien et vous pouvez séjourner dans un Radisson à un meilleur prix. Il n'y a même pas de prise électrique d'un côté du lit. ÉVITER

NOTHING JUSTIFIES STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! Expensive, very poorly located, small room, ridiculous bathroom and zero privacy as the bathroom door doesn't even close. Away from the scepter and everything. It doesn't offer anything and you can stay in a Radisson for a better price. There isn't even a socket on one side of the bed. AVOID

Dieses Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Ich war auf einer geschäftlichen Reise und als ich ankam, war das Zimmer sehr kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig und es war unmöglich, das Zimmer auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen. Das Frühstück war auch nichts Besonderes, es fehlte an Vielfalt und Qualität. Vor allem für den hohen Preis hätten die Bedingungen deutlich besser sein müssen. Auf jeden Fall kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

È la seconda volta che ci sono andata per motivi personali e l’accoglienza era ottima.

Anzi, la seconda volta pur troppo dovevo fare il check out prima del previsto anche su quello sono molto comprensibili rimborsandomi i giorni che non sono riuscita a stare.

The Leonardo Hotel in Zurich was great! Although the rooms/bathroom are on the smaller side, the room provided everything we needed. The hotel was a great value for the amount of time we were staying. It is very close to the 9 & 10 Tram Lines, which allowed quick travel to down town, but also the hotel is close enough to walk to the center! Close to bakeries and restaurants. The room was clean and the water pressure was great! Only downside was the small shower and our safe was locked closed so we could not use it. Would stay here again!

All staff are very polite. But he has welcomed us when we first entered in the hotel.
