The rooms were clean although tvs were not working also speakers were not working
The worst experience we had was with the bartender , not sure of his name but was working the bar night of 26th Jan with a left earring and beard a darkly tanned man
We decided we would go for a snack before our main dinner in Zurich city centre so went down to the restaurant
When we got there we were taken to the bar as there was a function on in the restaurant
We ordered 2 fries and a beer and when we did this he laughed and said you are in Switzerland now you can’t order sides without a main. It seemed like the man had something against us and really hated his job
This is so off putting in such a nice city and was a real shame for our first night
