Tolles Menu, dass es auch in vegan gibt in einer coolen Atmosphäre und sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Service. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist perfekt präsentiert. Dazu gibt es tolle Weine.

Wow what an awesome experience, very fine cuisine with new tasty suggestions. Excellent if you want to impress your friends. Staff is very friendly and helpful to explain the speciality of the house. All dishes are very well presented and freshly cooked. Be back again and again

Innovative Cuisine, But Pacing Needs Work

Maison Manesse offers exciting and creative dishes. The food itself was delicious, with unique flavor combinations that pushed boundaries. However, the wine pairing wasn't quite to my taste, featuring more experimental selections compared to classic pairings.

The service was friendly, but the pacing of the meal was a major drawback. The wait times between courses were excessively long. Our 6-course meal took a staggering 4.5 hours, which significantly disrupted the rhythm of the fine dining experience.

Considering the long wait times that detracted from the flow of the evening, I'm hesitant to say Maison Manesse fully meets the standard of a 1-star Michelin establishment.

Overall: If you're looking for adventurous food, Maison Manesse is worth considering. However, be aware of the potential for extended wait times and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to other fine dining options.

Service is beyond excellent. Waiters are kind and efficient! Atmosphere is cozy and alive! Great!
