Das Personal ist blind, langsam vergesslich.
Ambiente wäre toll, aber auch nur wegen der Lage. Professionelle Kellner wäre da erwünscht oder zumindest jemand, der sein Personal im Griff und seine Gäste im Überblick hat. Keine Empfehlung für Leute, die eine schöne Erfahrung machen möchten

Horrible service!!! We had to wait over an hour before for our order arrived and were treated very disrespectful by the staff. The waiter did not even apologize.

as I write this, we have been waiting an hour for our drinks, and they still haven't come. despite repeated requests to staff, no one took ownership and just blamed others. Not sure we will get our drinks at all!

The location is great but the service questionable: we ordered drinks (water, wine, etc) and food. The food came almost immediately and even though we chased twice about our drinks they only arrived 46 minutes after the food, meaning we didn’t have drinks to accompany our food. This is quite unacceptable.
