Polite and patient staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location.

We stayed with my husband for 1 day, we chose the hotel by looking at the comments. It is a much nicer hotel than the comments. A warm welcome awaits you when you first enter the hotel. Since it coincided with Easter, colorful chocolates and apples were served. Our room was spotlessly clean, large, quiet, and spacious, and everything was thought of. There were many products, from cotton buds to body cream. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, it had a lot of variety and was delicious... The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was sad to leave because it felt like home. If I come back to Basel I will stay here again. They gave us Basel card. Thanks to the this card we visited many city location museum and Zoo.Do not think about any other hotel. Both its location and features were great. It is close to everywhere, within walking distance. We had a very happy day, I would like to thank all the staff and wish you good luck

Large cheerful rooms, very comfortable beds, lovely hotel in an awesome location at the doorstep of the old town. Walk to everything. Friendly front desk and restaurant staff, good breakfast. I will stay here again.
