Perfekt am Bahnhof gelegen und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig allerdings ohne Kleiderschrank

Δίπλα στο σταθμό των τρένων... Πολύ καλή τιμή πληρώσαμε για τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο!!
Στα αρνητικά πολύ έντονη η θέρμανση με αποτέλεσμα να μην κοιμηθούμε καλά...

Mega hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter! Durch einen Flughafenmitarbeiterstreik musste mein Besuch aus dem Ausland unplanmässig direkt vom Morgenstraich zum Flughafen. Obwohl wir keine Gäste des Hotels waren, hat der Nachtportier ohne zu zögern zugesichert das mein Besuch das Gepäck vor dem Morgenstraich deponieren darf und danach wieder abholt.
Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir werden ihr Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen

Langsam wird das Hotel wieder zu dem Lieblingsort gewisser Basler. Bravo????.

Très bel hôtel traditionnel, très bien situé ; à côté de la gare et très proche du centre-ville. Grande chambre très propre, excellente literie. A côté d’un parc de verdure = pratique avec notre chien qui était aussi le bienvenu. Parking dispo sur réservation. On recommande++

Tout était très bien. Juste l emplacement de la chambre était côté place des trams et c était un peu bruyant lorsque la fenêtre est entrouverte.

Wir waren hier essen und es hat uns gut geschmeckt! Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Resepsiyon personeli ve kahvaltı personeli aşırı soğuktu. Kahvaltı almış olmamıza ragmen 2 gün üst üste resepsiyon görevilisine kahvaltımızın olmadıgını iddia etmeye çalıştı! Kahvaltıda ise çocuklu ailelere yardımcı olmak yerine aşırı şekilde tepkili, çocuklu masalara ayrı bir temizlik için kap konması çok yanlış bir yaklaşım.. Avrupanın bir çok ülkesinde çocuklu ailele ayrı bir ilgi gösterilirken buradaki personellerin yaklaşımı aşırı şekilde iticiydi..

Excellent location.

Die Lage ist optimal, ich kann über die Zimmer nichts sagen, da ich hier niemals absteigen würde. Bedienung an der Bar katastrophal, Ruhe sucht man vergebens. Nie wieder.

This is undoubtedly a great place to stay when visiting Basel, above all for its excellent location, just a stone's throw from the main Swiss and French railway station and the tram hub. The level of service afforded to me from the staff was exceptional, and I had everything I needed for a superb stay here. The room was warm and cosy and in pristine condition. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and I even enjoyed having both an aperitif and digestif on the small balcony before and after dinner. The bar staff were extremely welcoming, and I enjoyed some late night chat here with fellow guests before retiring to my room. The price was very good value, considering how expensive Swiss hotels can be. The only downsides were that the reception informed me that they do not offer any possibility of late checkout (my return flight being at 9pm) and that at breakfast the meat and cheese boards (as you can see from my video) were completely uncovered. I witnessed many guests coughing over them or in the vicinity (remember it was winter and germs galore!!!). I really feel that they should be covered with lift-up plastic lids, as is my experience in many other hotels, and for this reason, I felt very uncomfortable selecting food from the display, however tempting it appeared. This was particularly disappointing since breakfast was not cheap here. If they could improve on those two aspects, particularly the latter, then I would have happily awarded five ???? stars.

L'hotel funge da hall per check in e check out dell'adiacente Hotel Metropol negli orari notturni. Comodissima la posizione, molto curato l'ambiente, ottimo il wifi gratuito e personale gentilissimo.

Zu den Zimmern kann ich kein Urteil abgeben. Wir waren anlässlich unseres Geschäftsessen hier und durften im Wiener Saal ein auserlesenes Essen geniessen, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Nur zum Essen. Das war Top.
