Im Herzen von Basel, Altbau gut unterhalten. Ruhig und gediegen. Dezentes Ambiente, aufmerksames und diskretes Servierpersonal. Hat für die Geburtstagsfeier im kleinen Kreis mehr als gepasst. Essen: siehe unten.
Und all das in der Heimatstadt, wo man ja eher weniger kennt... Danke Team! Tolle Erfahrung und ich komme wieder - und das ist keine Drohung. Gute Saison und guter Start ins 2024

Excellent location. Upper floors have less noise. Floor five requires taking a flight of stairs with bathroom in the attic, up a ladder. Not for very tall people or people with mobility issues. Friendly staff. Breakfast is $18. Small elevator.

I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is very good and the service also. I forgot some stuff in my room and the staff send it back by mail to my home in France for free. I am very grateful for that.

Traditionelles (aber keinesfalls verstaubtes) am Rande der Altstadt von Basel. Sehr sympathischer Reception Desk. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Ein must wenn in Basel

Mit einer überschaubaren Gruppe von 7 Personen durften wir gestern einen Sitzungstag in einem Ihrer Räumlichkeiten am Heuberg geniessen und waren von der Infrastruktur und der höflichen Umsorgung sehr angetan. Vom Empfang am Morgen über das sehr leckere Mittagessen und den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten innerhalb unseres Sitzungszimmers (mit kleiner separater Mansarde für Kaffee, Gebäck, Früchteschale etc) haben wir einen angenehmen Tag bei Ihnen erleben dürfen. Dabei ist Ihr Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut fair!
Einziger kleiner Tipp für die Technik: Wenn man das HDMI-Kabel des an der Decke montierten Beamers irgendwie über eine Kabelleiste der Decke und Wand entlang zu den Arbeitstischen führen könnte, wäre das super. Im aktuellen Fall hing das Kabel je nach Sitzplatz immer mit im Bild, weil es von der Decke direkt zum Laptop gezogen werden musste und deswegen einfach "in der Luft" hing.
Ein Dank und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

We came to the Swiss Indoors and we stayed at the hotel for 8 days.
The hotel is in great location (3 minutes walking to the center of Basel), with great breakfast that has many choices.
We had a little issue with the room in the first day but they resolved it right away (With a special thanks to Lara that helped us and was very patient and she make sure we are satisfied:))
Also big thanks to Dilara and the whole stuff. They were very warm and helpful, makes us feel very good.
We will be back in the future:)

Magnifique hôtel offrant deux types de chambres, conventionnelles ou décorées par des artistes. Activités culturelles et une véritable volonté de proposer une hôtellerie différente.
Un des meilleurs restaurants de Bâle, une belle offre en vins liée à la cave ouverte 24/24 (450 références) et fabrication de bière dans les sous-sols abritant les anciennes murailles de la ville.
Bref, un charme fou!
