우선 바젤역 바로 앞이라 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다.
그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 바젤에서의 여행을 시작했습니다:) 호텔 숙박에 대한 내용을 너무 친절하게 설명해주셔서 감명 받을 정도였어요! 그리고 호텔 객실이나 화장실도 너무 깔끔해서 좋았습니다:) 조식의 경우에도 메뉴가 다른 곳에 비해 많은 편입니다!
바젤에 또 방문한다면 머무르도록 하겠습니다:) 닥분에 즐거운 여행을 했습니다????

Perfect location, can't be better.
Super nice and kind staff members, they did try to help me in many ways. They're willing to help as long as it's not impossible.
The building is old, but the room is very nice. Free breakfast, Free mini bar in the room.
I've stay in Gaia a few times, and willing to stay next time as well.
Arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Parkgelegenheit im angrenzenden Parkhaus, sehr speziell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer bietet alles was man für den Stadtbesuch benötigt auf charmante Art und Weise. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hinterlässt den Eindruck, gerne und mit Freude hier zu arbeiten.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Buchung direkt über Hotel prima organisiert, freundliches Personal. Alles ist tipptopp sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, rundum zu empfehlen.

Great location and friendly staff.. room was spacious and comfy, however heard loud music till 4am on both nights . Breakfast was below average and the hotel could really do with a proper bar

Top Lage, Zimmer und Personal waren sehr gut / freundlich. Selten so einen guten Kaffee getrunken. Frühstück wirklich sehr gut!

Hôtel 4 étoiles assez sympa
Chambre agréable et grande « un petit plus sur la douche salle de bain intégrée »
avec literie et déco sobre
Accueil agréable et facile
Petit déjeuner simple pas trop garni dommage
Situation géographique de l’hôtel assez intéressante car tout près de la gare 20 mètres à peine ainsi que les taxis et tramways (carte transports offerte pour le séjour )

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort und hatten 2 Zimmer. Beide Zimmer waren top und wir konnten sie am Anreisetag um kurz nach 9:00 bereits beziehen. Das Frühstück-Buffet ist super, sehr feines Essen, verschiedene Brote, Käse, Fleisch, Joghurt, Früchte, Müsli, Säfte und mehr. Wer will, kann sich seinen Orangensaft frisch pressen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage vom Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof war für uns super!
