Guys, why can’t you program your card readers correctly and get rid of the annoying tipping function? This is Switzerland, are you trying to milk your customers for cash? I come to your restaurant often, but I am now starting to get annoyed, no other restaurant I go to does this. If you need more money, increase your prices, pay your staff accordingly and please stop this nonsense. Edit: Well, apparently I am not the only one complaining of the beginning tactics, they made it into the newspapers in Bern. And by the way the answer below is rather pathetic. Just acknowledge you just want to trick customers into paying you more, please update your prices and stop this very shameful tactic.
