Es un lugar precioso y muy bien situado, pero me decepcionaron un poco algunas cosas. Mi marido compró un paquete romántico en el que nos sentimos engañados. No nos quejamos el día porque no queríamos estropear nuestro momento. El paquete incluía 2 trozos de tarta que no existían, una caja de bombones que no vimos y desayuno en la habitación, que no era lo solicitado, así como entradas para el spa, que no utilizamos porque nuestra hija de 2 años no podía entrar. En cuanto al spa, incluso lo aceptamos, pero el resto lo consideramos faltas muy graves para el importe cobrado.

A short one night stay, wished I had booked for the whole weekend! The service is excellent, we really enjoyed the facilities including the amazing Spa. The food was also exceptional, we really enjoyed the Buffer at Princesa Parc and the breakfast at Diana. We will be coming back for the ski season.

Séjour incroyable !! Très bien accueilli, un super personnel une structure magnifique. Chambre incroyable et très propre. Bonne ambiance et plusieurs activités sympathiques (bowling, chanteurs, Spa). Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !! La formule All inclusive est top!

Très bel hôtel en bord de ruisseau dans les montagnes Pyrénéennes. Accueil fort sympathique, belle chambre confortable, propres et spacieuses. Un bowling et espace de jeux pour s’amuser après une belle journée rando ou ski selon la période.
