The hotel stinks. Either of toilets or cigarette smoke. Had to complain about cigarette smoke coming into our room from the room next door three times this evening, with no resolution.

Lovely hotel , we took a risk a booked last minute but we weren’t disappointed at all
The hotel is lovely, food good , location excellent
It is a bit noisy at night because of the location with nightclubs , but we were aware of this reading past reviews, don’t let this put you off …..lovely clean hotel, great location
Will definitely recommend and return

Excellent Ski Hotel, well positioned for the slopes and lifts.
Reception staff speak good English and are always very helpful.
Self service restaurant has a good selection and a chef who will grill chicken, Turkey, beef or pork loin to order.

Un hotel con un servicio muy poco profesional. Mi habitacion no tenía calefacción y tras dos noches a 15 grados (con -17 grados en el exterior) quejándonos nos "arreglaron" la calefacción. La noche siguiente la habitación a 33 grados, sin poder bajarla y sin poder dormir. Me queje, solicitando una compensación o devolución y la solución que me dieron fue una invitación a café (2 euros) o una hora de Spa (8 euros). Eso no compensa pasar tres noches horribles en un hotel se supone de 4 estrellas. Me pareció una vergüenza por parte del hotel. Un servicio nefasto y muy poco profesionales.
