HÔTEL ANDORRA PALACE

POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF HOTEL STAFF

1. extremely dirty room.
We checked in at 20:00. And room 402 did not clean up. This hotel was filthy. Our bathroom was not clean. Floors dirty, hair in floor, tub and walls. The carpets need cleaning. Need to wear shoes to keep your feet clean. Light fixtures were dusty and dirty. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms....rooms are worst quality.

2. poorly managed
Staff are terrible....front desk guys were the worst and indifferent..i went with my family and they had no consideration. Spend 40mins for room check-in. when I tried to ask the lady staff(Joana), she just showed me an unhelpful face, like showing " Dont bother me" on her face. And another front desk guy(bayon) even called the "Police!!!!!!!!!!!". Our room not clean, this hotel staff don't wanna clean room and call the Police.
“This is the policy of this hotel. The room is not cleaned and the police need to be called for help.”

I wanted to write more but I think it is a waste of time.(do have photo attach)

Consider me, don't go with this Andorra Placace. Believe me, You don't want to waiting room clean up at 20:00.

OH Last thing, NO PARKING place in this hotel!!!!!!!

Hotel céntrico, muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, pero la comida y el spa, muy buenos.

Lo mejor del hotel su ubicación.
Se nota que es un hotel antiguo y cumple con dormir y ya.
El desayuno buffet esta muy bien.
Las habitaciones a nuestro gusto mucho que desear.
Lo justo y necesario.

Hôtel propre et personnel accueillant mais fenêtre très mal insonorisée comme si nous étions dans la rue avec les voitures et les passants qui discutaient, une nuit blanche sans dormir, et le parking en andorre coûte un bras. Piscine chauffante agréable.

Venimos desde hace muchos años siempre hemos encontrado mucha atención en todo y estamos muy contentos del hotel servicios comidas limpieza ubicación y personal etc por eso venimos años tras años
