Hotel zasługuje na 5* nie tylko za lokalizację ale przede wszystkim za obsługę, serwis, oferowane usługi. Na pewno wrócimy z rodziną. Bardzo dziękujemy.

Bardzo miło spędziłem czas w tym hotelu. Jedzenie było wyśmienite, z szerokim wyborem dań. Szczególnie chciałbym podkreślić profesjonalną i przyjazną obsługę. Pani Julia J oraz Pani Patrycja były niezwykle pomocne i zawsze uśmiechnięte, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej przyjemny. Dziękuję za wspaniałe doświadczenie, na pewno tu wrócę!

We purchased early check in for a junior suite, which means that the suite should be ready from 8:00am. The concierge confirmed that the suite would be ready. I’ve arrived at 12:58 pm and the gentleman from the front desk didn’t see that we had early check in included. After calling housekeeping he told me “Your room will only be ready in 3 minutes.”. When I told him that we have early check in, he was surprised to see it and confirmed it. I had to wait more than 3 minutes for the suite. They gave us a suite that was meant for another guest, with the welcome card with the wrong name, and this suite was not only smaller, but also next to a storage room from which we heard noise constantly. Also at the checkout the front desk lady said that our reservation was partially paid for and requested payment, which was very unpleasant since the reservation was paid in full from the moment we’ve booked it. The front desk almost never answers the phone. They seem very disorganised and not paying attention to what they’re doing. And even with all their mistakes, none of them was humble enough to at least acknowledge their mistakes and apologise. I’m an international flight attendant, I’m quite accustomed to hotels and this was not the reception of a 5 star hotel for sure. Housekeeping, concierge and breakfast staff were impeccable.
