There are showers and changing rooms. Swimsuits are required as etiquette. You can also rent towels.

It was very peaceful when we went, the sun was setting and all of the cruise liners had left the harbour.
The sauna is well equipped with everything you need (except toilet) and it is well maintained. The sauna master who sorted out our session gave the sauna a vigorous clean before each new session which was great to see and he was super friendly too.
It’s a great experience to sit in the sauna then jump from the saunas roof into the cold fjord below!
