Great experience and very well taken care of by the staff Damien on duty that night. Great facilitates wirh open area, changing area and sauna. You can access the fjord waters through the sauna if you want to. Water is at 5 degrees Celsius that evening and was surprisingly dippable.
Bring your own drinks, music n snacks. It was a great experience for a first-timer like me.
For ref, we booked the 1730hrs session in Dec.

The most amazing experience! MUST DO when in Flåm or a nearby area. We selected the 14:30 shared sauna option which was perfect for daylight on 1st November. Really friendly staff. Would recommend bringing your own water to sip throughout. Incredible view and totally invigorating when you dip in the fjord!

What a unique experience in Flam! This definitely tested my limit for cold water (8*C degree!!). Remember the hot/cold cycle and you'll feel so refreshing afterwards.

You may feel a bit seasick as the wind rocks the sauna, but it's not too bad. The service is great, booking was very straightforward.

Had a great time at Fjord Sauna in Aurland. We did the public sauna but had it to ourselves since we went during the off season (September). The Operating manager was very friendly. Would go back and would highly recommend!
