Staff della reception cortese; camere nella norma; ristorante se possibile da evitare sia per la qualità che per la gestione; unico lato positivo la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto in posto sicuro. Rapporto prezzo/qualità scarso.

Spent only one night as i found the hotel a bit gloomy. No light at all. Staff was sympathetic and the room was very big with Ac, mini fridge, internet... it was clean and tidy but again it was missing sunlight. Breakfast was ok.

Das Hotel befindet sich zentral in Nouakschott. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die modernsten aber in für Mauretanische Verhältnisse gutem Zustand.
Das Personal ist leider sehr unzuverlässig. Absprechen und zusagen werden häufig nicht eingehalten. Frühstück ist okay, Abendessen fand ich nicht wirklich gut.

It was one of the worst hotels i booked in mouritania. They walked in 2 of our female friends room at mid night without knocking the door. Very expensive for no reason and they have a much lower exchange rate for dollars than any other place. Rooms are small, and no exhaust fans in bathroom.

Good morning , just some clarification about that mistake mead by a stagiaire he geav the same 2 rooms to new clients he forget to chek the 2 first room that why the 2 clients opened rooms at midnight it a big mistakes and we write special apologies for the two women our boss also see them and geav them directly apologize and they understand what happened.
For the rate you are obliged to take our rate there is two other markets for the change there is black market and there is the centrale bank choice is your .

Cadre très agréable, chambre bien propre. Service et communication à améliorer, mobiliers de la restauration à changer car pas très confortable. Sinon, la nourriture est très bonne. Agréable séjour.

Très bel endroit, bien situé au coeur de la ville avec accès rapide sur beaucoup de services tels les pharmacies, les épiceries, les restaurants hauts de gamme et petits aussi, les taxis..etc. Le service à l'hôtel est assez bien, le buffet du matin, un repas complet, la salle de Gym équipée et la piscine spacieuse.

Séjour d'une semaine,chambre suite très spacieuse et très agréable. Literie confortable. Femme de chambre agréable et ménage fait tout les jours avec ravitaillement en bouteilles d'eau. Une assiette de fruits sympathique pour l’accueil. Petit déjeuner buffet continental, pas exceptionnel mais il est là. Personnel disponible et aimable à l accueil. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Bon emplacement. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement même dans la chambre par contre les chaînes de télévision ne fonctionnent pas. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

L'hotel est très cher pour ses prestations. La piscine était sale et le petit déjeuner était moins bon et fourni que dans certains hôtels beaucoup moins chers.
Gros point négatif : le personnel n'est PAS DU TOUT accueillant, nous ignore et n'est pas agréable.

En plein ramadan l'expérience a été peu concluante. Les prix ne correspondaient pas du tout aux prestations réalisées.
Chambre propre avec tout le confort, néanmoins le service n'était pas au rendez vous, petit déjeuner pas digne d'un hôtel de cet envergure et pour ce prix, la piscine était sale et peu remplie, mais le personnel a toutefois réagi très rapidement une fois le problème signalé.
A ce compte là il faudrait fermer l'hôtel pendant le ramadan, ou revoir les prix en baisse.

C'était génial. Il y avait des chambres très bien. La nourriture était ttttaaaaaaaaassssssstyyyyyyy.
