Très mauvais état et service.
Pas de coussins sur les transats dure, la lampe de salon ne marche pas, le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas, la boîte de mouchoirs sans mouchoirs dedans, pour finir, l'innondation de salle d'eau!
Le mainten ce entre dans la chambre sans prévenir ( sans frapper la porte).
1er jour, nous avons demandé de changer la chambre, mais l'hôtel ne voulait pas. Au bout de 2 jours, enfin, ils ont changé la chambre.
La nuit, la musique trop fort de bar ou restaurant de baie des citrons.
Très mauvaise expérience.
Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel.

When we first arrived, it was a nightmare checking in due to a language barrier, coupled with the arrogance of the receptionist.|However, we found the rest of the staff lovely during our stay.|The mini market is open Tuesday to Saturday and you can get basic items, microwave meals, beer etc.|The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The aquarium and Hungry Jacks are just out the back.|There are a lot of restaurants and bars within a few metres, though the supermarket is about a 20 minute walk. Transport and tours can be non existent when cruise ships arent in.

Location, location, location!! BYO internet access, detergent, an extra tea towel, and toilet paper, and ask for a room up very high to partially escape the noise from the many restaurants with live music. Our doors and curtains effectively blocked it out. The views were great. Having a choice of two beaches in two different directions is superb. The staff on the front desk all spoke English as well as French, and were very helpful, especially when I was confused about the time the airport shuttle would collect us, and they rang up to check for me.
