A great hotel, generally new, smells nice, very helpful staff and situated in a great location. The reason why this missed a perfect rating is due to two issues that troubled us. We stayed here for 7 nights and from night 4 onward, we had cigarette smoke coming through the air con nightly and every morning from 6+ am. Very likely, the ac has a shared system and guests who moved in smoked in their rooms even though it isn’t allowed. We brought this up to a staff but she said it’s normal, anyway we took it in stride and tried our best to ignore this. The other reason is that the room is tidied very well daily but it isn’t exactly cleaned. The hair accumulation on the floor and the dead insect remained present for the entire length of our stay. ||All in all I’d consider staying here again and take my chances with in-room smoking neighbours.

We stayed here 7 nights and every day we smelled cigarette smoke coming into the room via the air conditioning. Our room windows and doors were always closed when it happened so the smell was not from the outside. Some guests were smoking cigarettes in their hotel rooms although this is prohibited, and the aircon circulated the smell to everyone. Too bad the staff did not notice.

Emplacement 10/10
Chambre : ???? la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous sommes en été. Par conséquent nous avions mal dormi. MAIS VRAIMENT TRÈS MAL DORMI !!!!
La télévision ne marchait pas pendant 3 heures car la carte fournit par la réception était devenue inactive.
Parking : 0/10 !!!!! Il n'y a vraiment que 2 places pour les clients de l'hôtel !!! 2 PLACES !!! C'est grave !

Superbe emplacement |Deux nuits passées le we dans une chambre côté rue et quelques bruits mais sans plus....|Chambres basiques apportant le confort nécessaire avec sdb douche / TV / climatisation et WiFi effectif |Propreté des lieux, gentillesse du personnel |Un bar resto très bon qui est situé au pied de l'hôtel complète l'offre

Smooth communication with the reception staff, and the room exceeded expectations – clean, beautifully appointed with a stunning ocean view. The effective AC made my stay even more enjoyable. Easy navigation around the area; I'm eagerly anticipating my next stay!
