Très déçu par le service réservation !!! Réceptionniste désagréable au téléphone et en plus de ça elle n'avait pas finalisée ma réservation..
J'appelle la veille pour confirmer l'heure à laquelle on souhaite prendre la navette et on me dit qu'il n'y a pas de réservation à mon nom ????
Un conseil, verifiez bien la réservation sur votre boîte mail. Je lui avait tout donné, le nécessaire pour ma réservation y compris mon numéro de CB.
Bref, l'anniversaire a été gâché !

We chose the Nouvata Hotel in Numea mainly because we quite liked the look of the pool area, but once we got there, we were told the pool was going to be under maintenance for our whole stay of 7 nights.

We received no communications about any of this prior to our arrival and got no official apology or any sort of a discount. We requested free breakfast since that meant they didn't have to give any money back to us, but this was completely ignored.
