Excellent location and view, nice lobby, gardens and pools but the rooms in building 3 are terrible. Really old, some mould in the bathroom and a pipe near the toilet leaked and smelled. Mostly the customer service was good, except that the cleaners left our hotel room open once and the hotel provided shampoo but not soap - weird.

Well located hotel, but the budget rooms are separated from the main hotel, in a very dirty looking building. The room name is during perfectly the type of room: "budget room". You have to hold there toilet seat to pee because it is not properly assembled, the balcony door could barely open and slide. For the price difference, I recommend the comfort room, that look more decent.
