TERRIBLE SERVICE!! We have had to cancel our accomodation in August due to it being unsafe to travel from Australia to Noumea due to the Riots and have had our flights cancelled. Nouvata have refused any refund and have since ghosted us with 5 emails sent over 4 weeks!!! Absolutely disgusting considering this is outside of our control and we cannot physically get there for the Wedding which has now been reorganised last minute in Australia!!! The Hilton Promenade refunded us without any dramas within 24 hours due to this situation! I would strongly recommend spending your money with Hilton Promenade who actually care for their guests instead of a place that lacks clear morals!! AVOID!

NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. We had booked to stay in August/September via Expedia. We booked a non refundable room, but due to the civil unrest all commercial flights to and from New Zealand to New Caledonia were cancelled. It was impossible to make it to our holiday. |I pleaded with the hotel to provide some kind of refund to avoid losing such a large sum of money but there was ZERO compassion from this hotel. |In this day and age there needs to be more human compassion where there are extream events completely outside of individuals control. I feel for the people of New Caledonia, and really wanted to have our holiday there, but I will never think of the place the same now because of the treatment we received from Nouvata management. What a hideous place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Breakfast buffets were great. Rained a little the whole time we were there though but that's not on the hotel. Good location on the Promenade so closer to tourist shops and restaurants.

It is really a very nice hotel in terms of location. A complete fantasy nature walk, beach, food, breakfast, wonderful service, smiling staff, even sleeping gives peace to people.
