Merci à Avis car rental in Vientiane Lao que j'ai utilisé lors de mon séjour au Laos. J'ai vraiment apprécié toute l'aide que j'ai reçue. J'ai eu quelques problèmes avec le véhicule, mais ils ont été résolus très rapidement. Merci, en particulier à Thong qui a pris grand soin de rendre ma location aussi facile que possible.

Great experience dealing with Catarina at Avis Vientiane. Hired a car for a month.
She was super friendly and helpful. Sent me videos when I couldn't open the fuel tank. Bent over backwards to get me paperwork delivered to the Pakse branch so I could take the car through Thailand to get back quicker.
Also very understang when I couldn't find any diesel when returning the car and charged me a fair price for the fuel.

We came to Avis cause we thought we would get professional service in Lao.
Wanted the western company for extra security.
We bumped into a real cruel crew who charged us 250$ even though we payed for insurance.
When asked to speak to a manager got totally denied.
We got robbed with nothing to do.
Don’t go there, try hertz or the locals

la voiture (Ford Everest) avait 2 ans, elle était en parfait état, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé ! personne n'a écrit mon numéro de carte de crédit sur un papier ou quelque chose comme ça. vraiment, c'était 10/10. aussi, l'équipe était souriante et accueillante tant à Vientiane qu'à Pakse.
Je pense que quelqu'un chez AVIS a fait un changement dans cette boutique spécifique à cause des mauvaises critiques.
Je les recommande vivement
