Im Vergleich seht teuer, Frühstück schon nach 1/2 Stunde ist das Büfett leer,hecktisches Personal, Aussenanlagen sehr ungepflegt, Zimmer sehr klein Balkon mit Unkraut.

Leider ein einziger Flopp
Rezeption konnte kein Deutsch und schlecht englisch, Comfortzimmer kein komfort und nicht gut geputzt, das Frühstück um 9:00 schon nicht mehr da, alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen

The ONLY reason why I couldn't give it five stars was because a five star hotel requires a ton of fancy shmancy stuff. This hotel however, is absolutely wonderful and a nice spa. It is not the most convenient location but, it was only a ten minute walk to all the shops, bars, and food which didn't bother me at all. It is an old building and they expertly deal with what they have available. Added extra, I was able to so Neuschwanstein from my room, granted it was far away but I could see it, and that was a cool little bonus. The included breakfast is a perfect light breakfast for anyone. It is not the largest, nor ornate, I've seen during my time in Germany but it was perfect for me. It had cold meats, cheeses, pastries, oats, breads... Beer in the cooler... teas and coffee. Honestly, if you're gonna complain about a complimentary breakfast... Just go stay at the four seasons. The staff was extremely nice, I never crossed any of their paths without a smile and a greeting! If you aren't from Germany, or don't speak it, bring a fire stick so you can watch what ya want while there. With all that said, if I was talking to any of my buddies I would rate it 5 but, I'm easy to please.
