Great location near the train station and the city centre.
Main:
The rooms are clean and very comfortable for the value. There are reviews talking about breakfast, but they no longer offer this service. This was not a problem for us, but I did want to give updated information.
The main issue is that there is absolutely no service available, except between 3-6 pm. I booked online for two nights and received a confirmation email. However, when we attempted to check in at 6:15, the self-service check in could not pull up my confirmed reservation. We had to make a brand new reservation. I'm hoping I don't get a cancellations fee for a reservation I could not use.
We had additional issues that could have been resolved if we had been able to talk to anyone, but there was no one to talk to, unless we wanted to miss our tour times between 3-6. We attempted to use the information call button, but no one responded. They gave a number to call for help, but when I tried calling this number, I got a message saying the phone wasn't working or connected. Additionally, this is extremely inconvenient because I was charged international calling fees just to try to get service.
