First off, please stay a night in Rothenburg. It makes a big difference to your experience. This is a town worth savoring.

We took the 8pm tour. What an awesome experience. We are normally not in tours as we like to build our own experience. This tour is absolutely worth it.

Ours lasted about an hour. Our guide was very funny, knowledgeable and very friendly. We walked around city to 4 or 5 stops where he told us stories and facts about the city.

Best of all was to learn about this ancient city that once was the 3rd largest in Germany and also very rich. All while enjoying a warm glass of wine from nearby vendor. Grab yours and do this tour!

Excellent night tour of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It is an energetic walk, full of interesting information, told in a very entertaining way. I highly recommend it

BEST TOUR EVER!!! We came to Rotenberg on recommendations from friends and family. We've watch this tour via Rick Steve's Europe and made it a point to come see Hans and take his tour. He is funny, well spoken and we learned a lot! Do not miss this tour with Hans!!!!!

Die Eindrücke aus dem Mittelalter, die uns der Rothenburger Nachtwächter vermittelt hat, mit humoristischen Vergleichen zur Gegenwart, waren absolut genial. Wer an dieser nächtlichen Führung nicht teil nimmt, hat etwas verpasst in seinem Leben.

Highly recommend this experience. We did it on the main tour guides off night so we had a substitute and still one of the best tours we have ever been on. Good balance between, walking, talking, information and humor.

Es war ein schöner Abend. Beginn ist 21,30 Uhr am Rathaus. Dann wird ein 1-stündiger Spaziergang durch die Stadt unternommen und allerlei Geschichten erzählt. Uns hat es gut gefallen, es war unterhaltsam und die Zeit war schnell vorbei. Kostet pro Erwachsenen 8 Euro.

Wirklich eine sehr schöne Führung und auch der Nachtwächter brachte alles super und mit Humor rüber. Einer der besten die ich gesehen habe.
Meiner Meinung nach könnte er gerne auch noch mehr in die Tiefe gehen und dafür die Führung etwas verlängern (natürlich gegen Aufpreis).
