Rothenburg ob der Tauber is such a beautiful and walkable town, and the Burg-Hotel adds to the entire experience with it's beauty and warm hospitality.

Charming hotel situated within the walls of rottenberg. The owner is an absolutely charming man who reminded me of Mr. Rogers. They had a great breakfast and the staff was attentive. We would absolutely return to this place

Haben uns super wohl gefühlt, das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und urig. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 12) war sehr groß mit tollem Ausblick aufs Tal und modernem, renoviertem Bad. Herr Berger ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets präsent - man hat einfach gemerkt, dass er das Hotel mit Leidenschaft und viel Herzblut führt.
Lage war auch top - mitten in der Altstadt gelegen war alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Waren rundum zufrieden????

Gorgeous hotel. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. Breakfast was delightful while eating in the dining area with beautiful views.

May be the best small hotel we have every stayed in through-out the world. Walking up to the front door it is like you are in the movie Frozen with how beautiful and authentic it is. Our room had a full terrace with a view of the surrounding hillside. The gentleman at the front desk was beyond helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

My fiance and I recently stayed at the hotel for a very wonderful vacation. The hotel itself is a true dream, everything is so lovely and well appointed. The staff are so kind and friendly and make you feel so welcome. With this being a smaller hotel it is very much of a "family feel ". The views out of our room were spectacular and the location was also just perfect. Thank you for making this stay so wonderful.

Great stay. We had a nice view. Good sized room that was very cute. Location did not have a lot of tourist traffic. Staff were friendly. Decent prices considering location and rooms. I enjoyed this stay and location. Parking can be difficult.

Ich war mit meiner Familie (Schwiegereltern, Mann, Tochter und Hund) in der Ferienwohnung (1) eingebucht. Ideal für uns. Genug Platz, genug Bäder und Toiletten, bequeme Betten und sogar einen kleinen Garten. Dieser war besonders praktisch für uns, da er komplett von einer Mauer umgeben ist und wir somit unsere Hündin getros frei laufen lassen konnten. Die Wohnung war in den meisten Räumen angenehm warm. Obwohl die Kathedrale nah ist, war es sehr, sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht aus der Küche und den Schlafzimmer (sowie Frühstücksraum) ist traumhaft und entspannt Geist und Seele. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen und auch unsere Bitte, veganen Käse zum Frühstück zu bekommen, wurde erfüllt.
Wir haben unser Auto während unseren Aufenthalts stehen gelassen und alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen können.
Tolles Hotel, tolle Gastgeber, tolle Stadt. Wir kommen wieder.

I couldn't give enough praise to the Burg hotel. Built right onto the medieval city wall (you literally have your breakfast on the wall) 3 minute walk to the market square inside the old Town. This buildong has been removed from time just like the city it resides in. Whoever it has high quality amenities, attention to detail.

Thank you for going the extra mile and helping us check in after hours. Our trains were cancelled enroute and the owner made sure someone living close by would come and unlock and check us in!

Ein Juwel im Zentrum von Rothenburg. Allein der Empfang durch den weit über 80 Jahre alten Hausherren versetzt einen direkt um 50 Jahre zurück. Alte Schule par Excellence. Ein tolles Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer und eine sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Immer wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung- die ebenfalls zur Brug gehört - besitzt weiterhin einen eigenen Garten, Küche und alles was man von einer ordentlich ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung erwarten kann.

Das Hotel hat einen bezaubernden Charme. Die herzliche Begrüßung durch den Hausherrn,toll gekleidet im schwarzen Anzug mit Einstecktuch,einfach toll und passt zu diesem Haus. Das Haus liess keine Wünsche offen, schönes Zimmer, super Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Danke für einpaar wunderschöne Tage in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
