We stayed overnight at The Kempinski Hotel and it was amazing! The room was so clean and comfortable. The views were extraordinary and the pool is a must see and experience. Staff was very friendly. Overall I would have loved to stay longer.

Schönes Ambiente. Leider vom 5 Sterne Spa Set up etwas enttäuscht. Dafür war Essen sehr gut.

Impressed by the service - so hilfreich in a super proactive and professional manner. The view is spectacular; be sure to get a room on the west side of the hotel with the panaromic view! It is lovely at sunset and twilight, and the sun rays don't bother you in the morning as well (I have stayed in a room on the east side as well). Breakfast is plenty of good food and one of the service ladies is super nice and helpful! She is always ahead of you one step - I don't know her name but she is one of the biggest service ladies there. Vielen Dank with all the great service until the very last minute. Oh and the Activity Team lead (i forget her name) is so freundlich und nett. She makes the alpine walk so knowledgeable and fun with her enthusiasm towards the ordinaire!

Hopefully I can be back here again in autumn :-) shall be so lovely
