Sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Noch vor meiner Anreise wurde ich angerufen und nach meiner Ankunftszeit gefragt. Man wollte mir den Check-In dadurch erleichtern. Sehr umsichtig. Das komplette Personal war im übrigen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell, modern und gemütlich. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer das wirklich angenehm groß war. Gemütliche Sitzgruppe mit Tisch und großem TV. Das Bad war eher klein aber absolut ausreichend. Am Morgen gab es leider kein Warmwasser da sich die Heizung ausgeschaltet hatte. Ich meldete den Mangel und wurde sofort gehandelt. Mit etwas Verspätung konnte ich dann duschen. Dem Personal war das alles sehr peinlich und haben sich mehrmals bei mir entschuldigt. Jede Heizung kann mal streiken, das ich nicht die Schuld des Personals! Der Preis für eine Nacht mit Bio-Frühstück war absolut fair. Hervorragend sind die E-Ladesäulen am Hoteleigenen Parkplatz!

The service is generally good and most of the staff are helpful. Except one staff who is at best obnoxious.
Also the roof rain gutter in one of the corners spills rain directly onto the floor making loud disturbing noise during rainy times.
Would't even report it to the staff avoiding the loud obnoxious employee. I know I will experinece shouting and get to no where.

Overall horrible experience and very unfortunate that the manager felt the need to lie to us as we were very straightforward from the beginning and can simply not stay in a hotel with even the slightest signs of mold due to my wife allergies. Would never stay anywhere close to this property or the same management again. Full story: We were suppose to stay in room 12, 5 min after checkin we called the staff and showed them the water damage under the bathroom window as well as mold in the shower. They agreed this was not acceptable and gave us room 11 next door instead. Our 3 year old urgently needed a nap so we decide we would stay 1 night in the hotel and leave next day instead of 3 days as my wife is hyper allergic for mold and was immediately getting symptoms. We immediately communicated this with the staff onsite however they don’t speak English, so they called the manager and gave us the phone. He agreed to us check out early and providing a refund for the remaining 2 nights. He did mention to please not make a case with booking which we said was fine as long as we got a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Next morning early we pack and are ready to leave, we try to contact the manager again however he was busy and said he was gonna call us back. So we left. After this manager never contacted us although we called multiple times a day for many days. Eventually we made a claim with booking who was also not able to provide us a refund.
