Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel in historisch altem Gebäude mit bestem Service, gutem Frühstück und eigener Sauna. Leider wenig Parkmöglichkeiten.

Zimner sind abgeranzt. Frühstück ist gut.
Das Hotel ist in italienischer Hand, daher auch ein italienisches Restaurant. Was der Name erst Mal nicht suggeriert. Daher hatten wir andere Erwartungen. Nach 10 Tagen Italien und Frankreich, hatten wir uns auf Haxe, Schnitzel und ein Helles gefreut. Daher waren wir anderswo essen.

Lovely location, 500+ year old hotel. Nice showers clean rooms. I was on the top flower so very low ceiling but my son was on the second floor and plenty of room for a EU hotel (don’t expect big US rooms or beds if coming over the pond :) )

The room was nicer than expected and the views and location are amazing. Every staff member we encountered was absolutely friendly. Some of the rooms are have a rustic alpine fee while others are fresh and modern. The location is unbeatable.

Neu Renoviert - das Hotel ist besser als es die alten Bewertungen vermuten lassen. Zudem sauber und ordentlich geführt. Leider kein Fahrrad Keller oder Unterstand. Etwas teuer, aber aufgrund der Zentrumslage durchwegs empfehlenswert.

Zentrale Lage: fussläufig ist vieles zu erreichen (Partnachklamm, Fußgängerzone, usw.). Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerade fertig renovierte und schöne Zimmer. Zum Frühstück und Restaurant kann ich leider nichts sagen. Ich empfehle das Hotel.

Best hotel and staff in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Very warm and friendly. Staff went out if their way to make me comfortable with a very sore back. Soo accommodating.

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Hotel. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und waren schnell bei uns. Die Wartezeit des Essens war ebenfalls gut. Wir haben ein Risotto und eine Pizza gegessen.

Das Risotto war genial. Die Pizza war in Ordnung - ein paar Minuten länger im Steinofen hätte der Pizza nicht geschadet.

Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Im Bad lagen bei Ankunft schwarze (fremde) Haare. Die Ausstattung ist dürftig und passt kaum zum restlichen Ambiente des ursprünglichen Hotels. Die Zimmertüre ist mit Sicherheitsschlössern dreifach verriegelt, man fragt sich warum. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind unbequem. Das kleine Fenster im ersten Stock lässt kaum Licht ins Zimmer. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist überteuert. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt.

i have experience with the apartment which was ok-ish.
New kitchen and bathroom, but very old floor which make a lot of noise.
The utilities in the kitchen are very basic.

Breakfast is nice but overcrowded and you have to wait.
Sauna is very basic, without any water or place for relax.
