This review is for the restaurant, not the hotel. The restaurant is in the historic Ludwigstraße, a great location to wander around and experience Garmisch Partenkirchen. The restaurant is a cosy, traditional Bavarian place, with friendly service and great food. The fried fish with spinach and potatoes was great. The steak was huge and delicious. We ended up here as recommendation from our hotel. Definitely recommended.
