Hello,
if you accept the critique or not, that's your business. This is my review after the experience of staying in your hotel for other visitors. I will be happy to explain more about what I was unhappy with.
Yes, I came with a group from the Czech Republic, but I would strongly disassociate myself on associating with this group. I was in my room in the evening, did not drink alcohol and had nothing to do with disturbing the peace.
What specifically was I not associated with?
1)The week before I visited your hotel I had surgery on my leg and arrived with canes. My question to the reception if I could get a room with a shower inside was coldly answered that it was not possible, that I should switch with someone, that it was my problem.
2)When I stopped my car near the entrance (there was no space - not enough parking spaces), the receptionist was very unpleasant and told me to park in the public parking lot a piece away from the hotel.
3)The food is a very subjective feeling but I just didn't like it, it was very tasteless.
Does this sound okay to you for 5 stars? I was very angry!
PS: odpověď majitele je irelevantní. Česká výprava se nechovala nijak špatně. Zde šlo evidentně od personálu (mladá recepční) o neochotu diskuse a možná i o nenávist k zahraničním hostům. Naše recenze je ale o neochotně posunout večeři o 15 min a o naprostým nezájmu ohledně děti! Jídlo muselo být vyhozeno! S dětmi byli převážně rodiče.
Die Unterkunft ist sauber, dass Personal äußerst freundlich zu uns gewesen.
Die Lage ist gut, alle Ziele konnten mit dem Minibus erreicht werden. Parkplätze sind an der Unterkunft zahlreich vorhanden.
Auch die Mahlzeiten kann ich nach einer Vielzahl von Erfahrungen als sehr positiv bewerten.
Getränke Automaten ermöglichen einen 24h Zugang, die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption sind eingeschränkt aber "völlig OK".
Ein Kaffeevollautomat (gepflegt) kann uneingeschränkt gegen geringe Münzgebühr genutzt werden.
Ein Kühlschrank stellte ebenfalls leckere Getränke bereit außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption (so ne Art Gruppen Lehrerzimmer).
Zur Küche:
Alles war frisch - auch gab es nie ein Moment oder das Gefühl das jemand nicht satt geworden wäre. Das Küchenpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Die gebotenen Leistungen vor Ort sind absolut i.O. und entsprechen aus meiner Sicht absolut dem geforderten DJH Standard.
Zimmer haben teils Dusche/WC bzw gibt es in den Fluren WCs und Duschen separat. Es fand eine tägliche Reinigung selbiger statt, zumindest war alles sauber ????
Man kann hier wirklich mit der Familie oder Gruppe eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Sicherlich ist es gut zu wissen, dass WLAN nur in der Lobby und Innenhof zur Verfügung stehen, es reicht leider nicht bis in die Zimmer.
Für mich klare Empfehlung für die nächste Rast ????????
