We absolutely loved our stay at the Alpen Hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The rooms are a great size, breakfast was delicious, and the interior of the hotel is fresh and modern. It was the perfect stay! We hope we can return in the future.

Great hotel, beautiful old building, and even the 1p room was small but very nice. However, the location is a bit dodgy (many shisha lounges and such). I didnt feel comfortable in the evening as a woman alone. Thats the only reason i would book a different hotel next time.

unser stammhotel in münchen...zimmer voll ok, bad sauber, service vom sehr freundlichen personal begeistert uns immer wieder, und wenn's nur um eine tischreservation in einem restaurant geht - obwohl ein gutes restaurant gibt's auch im hotel selbst, da wo morgens das reichhaltige frühstücksbuffet serviert wird, mit allem, was das herz begehrt. kurz gesagt: wir fühlen uns da immer wohl !! ausserdem wäre noch das parkhaus genau gegenüber zu erwähnen, für das es eine preisreduzierung gibt, vom hotel aus, die verkehrsanbindung - stachus im osten, hauptbahnhof im westen - braucht wohl nicht extra erwähnt zu werden. alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen !
UPDATE von 2023: das parkhaus wurde abgerissen, kommt ein neues hin, dauert aber wohl..und seit corona gibt's das restaurant stefans auch nimmer, nur noch morgens das sehr gute frühstück ! sonst alles wie gehabt..
