PROs:
- close to city center
- affordable
- awesome german breakfast
- really friendly
- ultra balkan 70 - 80's retro
- tidy
- free WiFi
- clean towels

CONs:
- loud streetfront
- paperthin walls
- no blackout curtain
- no parking
- no options at all for disabled people
- small for two adults
- difficult to find
- difficult to enter

Hint: reception is upstairs on the first floor ( 2nd floorfor US) through the breakfast area door, in the kitchen.

Best location, about a five minute walk to Viktualien market and Marienplatz. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast, with fresh breads, deli meats, cheeses, yoghurt and coffee.
