Wir waren als Gruppe mit 45 Personen vor Ort. Es herrschte rundum Zufriedenheit: Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, solide Zimmer, das Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit - es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

The hotel seems nice but there was a lot of construction that was happening that we were not informed of until we arrived. Our reservation had been changed without our knowledge, and when we finally got a room it had a horrible mold and mildew smell. We spent 4 nights and reported the smell to the staff every day. Technicians were sent but looked around and then just left. My cousin was traveling with me and developed and eye and sinus infection from mold poisoning. On the last night we were finally able to switch rooms. Have reached out to manager several times but heard nothing back. Katie and the cafe workers were amazing. They are the only reason I gave more than one star for everything. Munich was beautiful but will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal.
Wenig Platz beim Frühstück, aber alles lecker. Sehr laut in der Nacht durch vorbeifahrende Tram. Nette Hotelbar zu annehmbaren Preisen
