Lo consiglio vivamente
Sehr Freundliches Stamm Personal, alles gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Ein Super Frühstücks Buffet, das für jeden etwas bietet.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit Liebe dekoriert.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen zum Hbf oder zur Stadt um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.
Wenn Sie München besuchen, kann ich dieses Hotel sehr
empfehlen.
The pictures from the website when we booked the room showed one big bed, not 2 single ones. Otherwise we wouldn’t have booked.
We also went to inform the receptionist about it and she didn’t solve anything.
Dear Owner, as a response to your response: I was in the hotel last Saturday (18th of March) in the room 105. I have the booking and even a picture from the room.
And yes, I went to the receptionist to tell about this problem. She was very friendly and nice but she didn't solve the problem. I went there with the booking and showed her that we had booked a 1 double bed and we had 2 single beds put together that were constantly separating every time we moved.
She told us that if we wanted a same bed, we should have booked something called "King bed". But in the pictures from Booking, when we booked the 1 Double Bed, it showed 1 bed, not two. That's why we got this one.
If it was explicit in the booking website that 1 Double Bed means two single beds that are not even covered together with the same blanket so they don't separate, we would have gotten the other type of room.
