I had a business meeting early in January that had to be rescheduled because I got sick. This hotel allowed me to cancel with only one day’s notice, which I really appreciated. I rebooked when the meeting was rescheduled for March. The hotel is clean, ideally located, and quiet. The rooms are small, but very well-designed. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress, which was too soft for my taste. There are many amenities in the room (toiletries, hot water boiler for tea and coffee, bottled water, etc.) that I did not expect when booking such a reasonably-priced hotel. They also let me have a late check-out today, so I didn’t have to kill time in the rain waiting for my appointment. I am very grateful to them for their kindness and will absolutely stay again at this hotel.

This was a unique and interesting hotel experience. There is no front desk and if you arrive in the evening, there is no staff. You check in and obtain your room key using a self-service system.

The rooms are small but comfortable. You can't beat the location being only a short walk from Marienplatz.

My only complaint is that making enquiries or getting help from a live person is difficult. Emails or WhatsApp messages take at least 24 hours to be answered. The one time I called, it seemed that the operator wasn't very familiar with the hotel (perhaps a call centre).

I would definitely stay here again but for anyone looking for personal service, this isn't the place.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend und gemütlich. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat eine gute Ausstattung auf dem Zimmer.
Der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist auch völlig in Ordnung. Komme gerne wieder!
