Staff can be either really friendly and clear or simply rude and does not answer any questions.
To be more precise when checking in, we went to the counter and the young lady asked us name and ID, then gave us the key card with no other information nor guidance.
Breakfast is great but at 28 euro per person, it is quite expensive for what it is in my opinion.
Room was clean but no AC nor can you open the windows...
