Nice hotel, rooms are very small (if there are 4 beds), and also the bathroom.
The position is the best, you have the station in front of you, and the historical centre is 20 min on foot.
The food in the morning is very good, you have a large choice!
It's cheap and the price is good in relation of what you get

Hotel enfrente de la estación de trenes de Munich. Cerca de la zona más turística. Habitación confortable para 4 personas. Amplio baño aunque anticuado. Único ascensor y hay pisos en entreplantas. Tiene parking pero sin cerrar, precio 24 euros//dia
