My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful property for two nights, and we cannot stop raving about our experience. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until our departure, everything was simply outstanding.

First and foremost, our room was beyond perfect; it was impeccably designed and offered unparalleled comfort. In fact, it's safe to say that it was the best hotel room we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. However, what truly set our experience apart was the impeccable service provided by Ms. Jennifer Mueller and her exceptional team.

Allow me to highlight some of the remarkable individuals who made our stay unforgettable. Mr. Cloudio, the night receptionist, greeted us warmly in the early morning hours and ensured a seamless check-in process. He not only paid attention to every detail but also took the time to reconfirm our preferences, making us feel truly special and unique.

Ms. Katharina went above and beyond to assist us, providing valuable information about the city, its attractions, restaurants, and even local foods and beers. Her ability to anticipate our needs and offer precise recommendations was truly remarkable.

Ms. Rafaela, the assistant FO manager, and the concierge member (whose name unfortunately escapes me) exemplified genuine hospitality. They took great care of us, engaging us in delightful conversation and ensuring that every aspect of our stay was taken care of with utmost attention.

Lastly, Mr. Wanzel, the doorman, impressed us with his warmth and impeccable assistance. His dedication and professionalism speak volumes about the caliber of service at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

In summary, our experience at your hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Ms. Mueller and her extraordinary team deserve all the accolades for providing unparalleled hospitality. We felt truly at home in Munich, thanks to the warmth and kindness extended to us by remarkable colleagues.

Absolutely loved my stay, again! The team is fabulous, to highlight is the warm welcome at the door, followed by a smooth and very personal check-in process.
Also, the breakfast experience, as well as the experience during our meeting was flawless. Not to forget Matsuhisa. The team is spot on, great service attitude. Thank you to the entire team!

From the moment we arrived to our hotel in Munich, the hotel staff were extraordinarily accommodating. We have two young boys that travelled with us, and the hotel room was magically prepared for them. The room was very clean and housekeeping did an exceptional job. The hotel doorman, Gabriele Mariotti, was incredibly warm and anticipated our needs before we were aware of them. The hotel concierge provided great help to my mother-in-law for her medical needs with both warmth and patience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Munich and look forward to returning.

The most beautiful hotel in the epicenter of historical Munich, perfectly allying both heritage and timeless luxury! the team is caring, attentive and most professional and kind. Kudos to the meetings and events team who spotted that I am a fan of sparkling water and made my turn-down bed-side water changed to only sparkling! I was utterly impressed by the level of attention to detail! Wonderful stay, thank you!

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Voller Eleganz und Modernität. Die perfekte Kombination für ein City-Luxushotel. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich und die Zimmer modern. Die Dusche bleibt in Erinnerung. Das beste Luxushotel Münchens (ich habe bereits auch in den anderen 5-Sterne-Häusern gewohnt)

The welcome, the service, the property and the facilities, the restaurant, the breakfast are all upto the usual highest standard that makes the Mandarin Oriental brand to stand-out from east to west. Enough said.

A staff member showed me only the rooms a few years ago! So i have not slept there, but the location is one of the best in Munich and the rooms are very comfortable.The man who showed me the rooms has been very friendly!

Wonderful time in this stunning property, I just feel like it is missing an indoor pool. Otherwise, staff and service were wonderful. I wished the breakfast was a bit more elaborate.
