Lovely Hotel from the outside, Interior at the reception and lobby is modern. Room linen and towels very Old. Did not enjoy their Service it needs a lot of work! Restaurant food and service needs work. Maybe they dont have much Competition around hence the lack of enthusiasm to serve. Overall great Experience in Beira as we enjoyed the History around Beira and the Beach sites. Lovely happy people too!

Péssimo hotel. Ruído toda a noite. Tentativas de ligar a recepção, sem sucesso. Até que tive de ir pessoalmente. Após a reclamação do barulho, nada fizeram. Peq almoço fraco. A não repetir.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, os quartos estão com as camas com colchões já desgastados. E um cheiro forte de mofo.

Booked this hotel thinking it was wheelchair accessible because it shows it is on google. Got to the hotel and learned it was not wheelchair accessible. They need to update with google so others won’t have a bad experience like mine.
