Clean rooms, reception staff is friendly but the lobby is stuffy as there only seems to be air ins in the rooms and there is minimal variety for breakfast options

The place is not clean, especially the bathroom mirrors and the air-conditioning wasn't working in my room with very hot temperatures, I was sweating ???? the whole night. I reported the issue, and they moved me to another room with the same problem ????

I had a great experience here. Our room was spacious, the Wi-Fi worked great and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

There is a nice variety of foods for breakfast and the chef accommodates you wherever he can.

There is also a cozy coffee shop which serves delicious Portuguese pastries.

The area was safe and there are also guards to watch the cars in the parking lot.

The rooms are very small for two ppl, it's one shower that didn't drain water. You have to stand on top of water. Wifi and hot water works on condition. They don't clean the floors, mirror and shower dirty. Breakfast a bit better though.

From outside it's not a place one can easily admire but get inside everything changes, the moment you step in the reception, amazing atmosphere,clean reception and wall, clean rooms and great break fast

Stayed here for 2 days in August 2022. Accommodation was booked by my company. Rooms are quite spacious and enough to move around. Hotel is located around tourist place or major attractions of Maputo. We can walk around and visit these places. At late evening it little spooky to go outside of hotel. Food is very good and nice varities are available. Best is breakfast.
I recommend this place for stay.

Small rooms. The area it is too busy for people who didnt book there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this. The staff try to accommodate guest. The place was just not meeting my expectations.

Um hotel super bem localizado. Com uma estrutura fisica muito bonita. Tem um pessoal maravilhoso, atendimento supersimpatico, são versáteis em buscar soluções para os problemas que surgem. Ajudam a orientar os clientes em tudo que precisarem.

Quarto bem aconchegante, superbonito, cama bem confortável, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa.
Com uma pequena secretária, roupeiro, com tabua de engomar e o ferro de engomar.
Igualmente possui uma mini geleira e cofre para guardar pertences mais valiosos.

Banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro forte, agradável (saida da agua uniforme e sem dificuldade para calibrar a temperatura certa).

Toalhas limpas e perfumadas.

Tem tambem uma chaleira eletrica e algumas opcoes de chá e café.

Iria apenas sugerir para disponibilizarem mais uma garrafa de agua (estava com a minha esposa e apenas recebemos 1 garrafa de 350 ml), que coloquem maior possibilidade de canais na TV (apenas tivemos acesso a 1 canal e nem era moçambicano), assim como as luzes do elevador que permanecem piscando.

Ia me esquecendo de comentar sobre a comida: maravilhosa, tivemos um pequeno almoço bem reforçado e saboroso, com muitas variedades de produtos diversos.

Chegamos ao hotel por volta da meia noite e, levavamos junto conosco um bolo inteiro decorado. O pessoal do hotel nos arranjou um espaço da geleira grande para conserva-lo, algo que não nos esqueceremos, pois se tratava do bolo do meu aniversario (que cortei no dia 25 de Agosto, em Vilankulo).

Apenas tenho a felicitar e solicitar que continuem incrementando a qualidade do local que já é bem notória.

Rooms are really smelly and the toilets are broken

Since I said the toilets are broken.. i flushed a piece of tissue down the toilet and the toilet was clogged and we had to change rooms

2) the service was really good since my last hotel didnt have good reviews and the service was really rude..
They offer free food and the staff are really nice and help you anytime..

3) location isn't really good because for visitors, you wouldn't be able to eat at a restaurant since there are no food places to go to
